ZPSTUDIO’s outdoor project takes shape in the stunning setting of the San Giovanni thermal baths, nestled in the hills of Tuscany. The design blends vintage charm with a modern edge, creating a harmonious balance between nature, architecture, and contemporary outdoor living.

The outdoor dehor is conceived as a sleek architectural box made of powder-coated metal and glass. In contrast with the rustic central structure, it opens up to the scenic Tuscan landscape and the thermal spring, creating a fluid connection with the indoor cocktail bar. Both areas are part of the broader renovation project curated by ZPSTUDIO. At the heart of the outdoor concept is a bioclimatic pergola, which makes the space usable throughout the year. It automatically adjusts airflow and ensures optimal thermal insulation, enhancing comfort in every season.

The furnishing concept reflects a careful selection of vintage and modern elements, resulting in a refined and elegant outdoor atmosphere. For example, reclaimed chestnut wood tables, sourced from local markets, are paired with Ethimo fabric armchairs and custom-designed poufs by ZPSTUDIO. Axolight pendant lamps above the tables complete the setting.
