Apartment Renovation, 130 mq
Total renovation of a 1960s penthouse located on the northern border of the city overlooking the beautiful hills of Fiesole. The old layout with small separate rooms was completely transformed by demolishing the central core to increase the brightness and openness of the living area.
This one is characterized by a large island kitchen overlooking the dining area and the hills in the background.
The warm white color in Ammonite by Farrow & Ball blends with the blue tones of the lateral relatives of the entrance hallway creates an intimate and relaxing environment. The walls are completed with a boiserie design that hides the doors of a functional wardrobe.
Separated by a large pivot glass door, the sleeping area has a completely different atmosphere: bright colours and pop-style wallpapers pervade the walls, creating an ever-changing universe. Custom-made furniture and accessories complete the apartment, such as the light blue sideboard between the two large French windows and the iron and glass shelf system on the kitchen pillar. A cannetè motifs as a fil rouge decorate both furniture and some structural elements in the living area.
