Florence, 2025
Dimora le Logge Suites is a hotel design project in Florence that transforms a former noble residence into elegant Boutique Luxury Suites. Located in one of the most majestic corners of the Renaissance historic center, inside a 16th-century noble palace overlooking the ancient hospital of Santa Maria Nova, this spacious piano nobile residence underwent a renovation and functional conversion. The goal, both ambitious and clearly defined, was to turn the historic home into an exclusive luxury retreat, blending contemporary style with the authentic, historic charm of the period residence.
The project for Dimora le Logge Suites fully respected the architectural and historical constraints, while at the same time enhancing each original element of the apartment. The vaulted high ceilings, combined with the layout centered around a courtyard, create bright and airy spaces. Moreover, the meticulous attention to detail is reflected in every design choice: refined materials, custom furnishings, a soft yet expressive color palette, and high-end finishes. Each of the seven independent suites, in particular, is defined by its own unique visual identity. The claddings, always different but carefully coordinated, dialogue with elegant bathrooms featuring Carrara marble sinks, ultimately creating a refined and cohesive atmosphere.
