A super-panoramic penthouse with triple exposure is reinterpreted through a design focused on openness and spatial continuity within the living area. Cloud-grey resin flooring unifies the interiors, introducing a soft and diffused atmosphere echoed by hand-applied natural plaster finishes on the walls.
In the living space, the Budapest Soft sofa by Baxter defines the spatial core, while the essential design of the Bulthaup kitchen opens to the exterior through two French doors filtered by raw linen curtains.
Bathrooms are conceived as independent spaces, each defined by a distinct material and chromatic identity. The panoramic terrace, wrapping around three sides of the penthouse, is equipped with an adjustable louvered pergola and Flexform outdoor furniture—the Vulcano sofa and Zefiro coffee table—offering a restrained and comfortable outdoor living experience.
