THE SCALE OF LIVING - exhibit set up - 2005 Exhibit set up in the grand monumental staircase of Palazzo de'Bardi on the occasion of the exhibition 'The scale of living': eight florentine architectural practices looking for common ideas and creative interpretations on the theme of contemporary living spaces. The living room is a changing nomadic space in which light is the only element defining the space-changing. the great chandelier, decorated with tiny bombs prints, invites to go inside and to be protected, but at the same time expresses a strong concern and indicates perhaps an imminent danger… |
