ODEON BISTRO - interior design - 2010 Odeon Bistrot: a modern convivial space takes shape inside the historical Cinema Odeon in Florence, one of the last movie theaters surviving in the city centre. In 1922 Marcello Piacentini realized it over the remains of Palazzo dello Strozzino. In the spaces of lateral foyer, the bistro welcomes the spectators and the outside customers in a quiet room, where materials and colors create a refined reference to the original decorations. Counter: entirely covered with Bisazza mosaic. Lights over the counter: Skygarden by Flos. Lighting system over the capitals: Zumtobel. Mirror walls and wall furniture in brass-plated sheet iron.
